Programs

No Limits Coaching is designed for all levels of athletes.  No matter if you are gearing up to take on your first triathlon or hoping to qualify for Ironman, a customized program will be created for each athlete.

We train athletes for the following events:
• Triathlons – Sprint, Olympic, 70.3 and Ironman distance races
• Bike – Fundraising rides e.g. MS Bike Tour, Cancer Bike Ride and Gran Fondo
• Run – 5 Km, 10 Km, half marathon and full marathons.
• Swim – the individual swim component of a triathlon

The number of athletes taken into the program is very small thereby ensuring individual attention and personal commitment.

The criteria for acceptance into the program is someone who is passionate about triathlons and has a strong desire for improvement.

Highly motivated junior triathletes (aged 13-18) are also welcome!

There are 4 different levels of coaching.  The main difference between the levels is how often you want to have a one on one with the coach.  If you require just the workouts and no additional meetings then choose level 1.  Level 2 is for athletes who would like to see the coach once every 2 months.  Level 3 is for athletes who would like to see the coach once every month and the Level 4 is for those who want to see the coach every week.  In each level you will receive weekly workouts for Swim, Bike, and Running.

The 1 hour one on ones are a valuable time for you to meet with the coach.  The meetings can be used to review training, analyze your technique (swim, bike or run), race plan/review, complete a workout with the coach or discuss anything triathlon related
