How to make the perfect cup of Kona Coffee for the triathlete

Here is a very short video showing my preferred method of drinking my Kona Coffee.

  1. Lesley would recommend 50 squat kicks between entry of first amount of water, and balance of water, followed by 3 sets of 15 burpees, 20 bicycle situps 20 mountain climbers.
    After this you can throw out the coffee cause your already Jacked !!!
