Swim Breathing Tip

Over these first few weeks back in the pool I have had a few questions when it comes to swimming and breathing. Below is a short 4 min minute where I talk about some of the tips that I prefer.

1) Exhale immediately once you turn your face into the water after taking a breath – (slowly)
2) Look at the bottom of the pool and slightly forward
3) Turn your head directly to the side (not backwards or forwards)
4) Avoid gasping while taking a breath
5) Wear noseplugs if you continue to have sinus problems after your swims
