IronMan Coeur D’Alene – No Limits – Part 2 (The Race)

Last weekend was the 2012 IronMan Coeur D’Alene.  I was lucky enough to travel down and watch this amazing event first hand.  The following video is from the race and is of athletes that I coach and know.

I would like to dedicate this video to Sean Murphy who died during the swim portion.  Sue is friends with the family and they have had a very hard year.  When we enter into a race most of us do not think of not finishing.  We train hard and expect to finish.  For Sean’s family this is an almost unthinkable event.  Our thoughts and prayers go out to them.

Enjoy the video and please remember to enjoy each day as if it were your last. We just never know…..
